Job summary

Roosters Men's Grooming Center in Towson seeks a professional hair stylist or barber who is outgoing, energetic and dedicated to delivering a 5-star guest experience. You will perform full salon services, maintain a clean station, stay on top of trends, and ensure timely service for booked appointments at our Towson Shops at Kenilworth location.

Requirements include a current cosmetologist or barber license, 2+ years of experience preferred, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, coloring and styling.
• Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station.
• Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends to be able to recommend and suggest proper styles, trends and what the client is looking for.
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.

We are seeking professional, ambitious, energetic, and experienced Hair Stylists and Barbers who enjoy a team atmosphere and offer excellent service to join our growing team at our great Towson location at the Shops at Kenilworth, a vibrant center anchored by a Trader Joe's and Arhaus, that has key draws throughout the day including a Wine and Spirits Shop, popular restaurants and many more solid neighbors!

Hair Stylist/Barber Responsibilities:
