Requirements

• Experience working in the beauty industry, with practical knowledge of barbering, cosmetology, hair styling, and hair care.
• Strong client communication and customer service skills; able to explain options clearly and build positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation, color theory, and hair coloring techniques. Experience with hair extensions, hair threading, makeup application, or nail care is a plus.
• Familiarity with salon software and MINDBODY is preferred; store management, mentoring, retail math, and upselling experience are also valued.
