Job summary

Tricoci University is seeking a Barber Substitute to maintain instructional continuity in the Barber program. You will teach classes, lead hands-on sessions, and deliver the curriculum while upholding standards.

The role emphasizes student feedback, classroom management, and collaborative efforts with faculty to ensure compliance with state requirements. The ideal candidate has active IL barber and barber-teaching licenses, barbering experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Barber License in Illinois.
• Active Barber Teaching License in Illinois.
• Experience in barbering and knowledge of current techniques.
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present material clearly and engage students.
• Flexibility to cover classes on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and hands-on practical sessions.
• Deliver curriculum content while maintaining instructional standards.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
