Job summary

Milan Institute is seeking Barber Instructors to mentor, teach and motivate our students. If you are ready to share your knowledge and skills in the Barber industry with our students, please apply.

Responsibilities include teaching on clinic floor and classroom using a company-approved curriculum, preparing students for the State Board, and participating in administrative duties such as grading and attendance. Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Active barber license per State requirement.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Barber experience.
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Computer skills necessary.
