Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent haircuts, fades, and shaves. Every service, every time.
• Lead the shift. Set the pace, maintain standards, and keep the shop running on schedule.
• Coach your teammates. Share what you know and be willing to learn from others.
• Take ownership of the shop during your shift, including opening, closing, and daily operations.
• Make sure every guest is welcomed, respected, and well served.
• Keep the shop remarkably clean.

Diesel Barbershop at Mooresville Town Square is seeking an experienced Barber or Cosmetologist to join the leadership team as a Shift Supervisor at our Mooresville location.

We’re looking for a skilled professional who enjoys working behind the chair but also has the judgment, initiative, and leadership ability to help run a successful shop.

Requirements:
