This position is designed for an ambitious professional with possibility to move into a Managerial Position. You can bring in your own clientele and the shop works with walk in clients as well. Learning our shop culture, with a structured pathway to oversee shop operations, mentor junior staff, and drive business growth.

What You Will Do

• Provide high-quality grooming services: Execute classic and modern haircuts, fades, beard trims, line‑ups, and straight‑razor shaves.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and consultation.
• Maintain shop standards: Ensure a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with state regulations.
• Prepare for leadership: Shadow current management to learn inventory control, scheduling, staff training, and daily shop operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Valid State Barber License: Must be active and in good standing (Required).
• Proven Experience: Minimum of [2] years working as a professional barber in a fast-paced environment.
