Luxe Grooming Lounge in Royal Oak, MI, is expanding and seeking a dedicated Barber or Stylist to build a long-term career in a premium men’s grooming environment.

You will deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and shaves, maintain a loyal book of business, and enjoy flexible scheduling with commission or booth rental options, plus ongoing training and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Barber or Cosmetology License (Required).
• Experience in men’s grooming.
• Reliable, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Established client base is a plus, but motivated book-builders are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, beard trims, and hot towel/shave services.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and educate clients on retail products.
• Maintain a 30-minute haircut cadence while delivering an elevated experience.
• Focus on client retention, rebooking, and maintaining a clean workstation.
