Responsibilities

• Greet customers and consult with them on their desired hairstyle or grooming services
• Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves and other grooming services as requested by customers
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are clean and sanitized before use
• Keep up-to-date on current trends and styles in the industry to offer the latest services to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records of sales

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber in a busy salon or barber shop
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers of all ages, genders and backgrounds
• Knowledge of current trends, styles and techniques in the industry
• Ability to use various tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation procedures for tools and equipment
• Must be able to work on weekends and some holidays as needed

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1,800 per month for full-time employment. Tips from satisfied customers are also common.

Location: Our barber shop is located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas and is easily accessible by public transportation or car.

Working hours: This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed. We require flexibility for working on weekends and some holidays.

Visa sponsorship: We are willing to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who meet the necessary requirements.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Las Vegas.
