Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Colorado State Cosmetology or Barber's license, or 2+ years cutting experience and willingness to attend school.

Job description

The Barber will provide expert haircutting, styling, barbering, and waxing services applicable to the individual's licensure in addition to exceptional customer service. • Proficient skills in providing hair services offered by R&R Head Labs (as stated above).
• Excellent sales, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet required service times.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Desire to want to learn, grow and improve.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Colorado State Cosmetology or Barber\'s license, or 2+ years cutting experience and willingness to attend school

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing hair services.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
