Role Description

This contract Barber role is an on-site position based at 4th Street Barberroom, LLC in Buckeye, AZ. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing hair cutting, styling, and grooming services, consulting with clients to understand their preferences, and delivering consistent, high-quality results. The Barber will maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations, adhere to health and safety regulations, and manage appointment schedules and walk-in clients. Additional tasks include recommending appropriate hair care products, supporting a friendly and professional shop atmosphere, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The role may also involve assisting with basic shop upkeep and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Proficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Care, including recommendations tailored to different hair types and textures.
