Job summary

Texas Power Bars is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Barbell Manufacturing, Assembly & Warehouse Technician. The role focuses on operating manufacturing equipment, assembling barbell components, inspecting products, and preparing orders for shipment.

You will be trained to operate CNC lathes, manual lathes, saws, presses, and other production equipment, and you will also assemble barbells, install components, inspect finished products, package bars in shipping tubes, and assist with

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine-operation, or production experience is preferred.
• CNC or manual lathe experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, manual lathes, saws, presses, and other manufacturing equipment after training.
• Load raw materials and parts into machines and remove completed components.
• Monitor machines during production and report quality, tooling, or equipment issues.
• Learn basic machine setup, tool changes, and production procedures.
• Check parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Assemble barbells and strength-training equipment.
• Inspect parts and finished products for fit, appearance, function, and quality.
