Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Barback to support the beverage team in a busy, upscale setting. You will stock bar areas, assist with beverage service, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness throughout shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year barback experience in a premium hotel or lounge, and relevant certifications such as CFSM or TIPS are a plus. On-site at South Beach, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Wine & Spirits and food service.
• Evidence of exceptional guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Stock service areas, maintain supplies and glassware.
• Assist bartenders and servers during service and events.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed; ensure cleanliness.
• Support closing duties and post-shift side work.
• Attend trainings and team meetings as required.
