Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring a barback to join our hotel bar and lounge outlets. You’ll be the friendly first or last greeting for guests, supporting bartenders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with a proactive, caring service approach.

Applicants should be dependable, able to stand 8–10 hours, and available to work at least 3 days per week including weekends and holidays. Hotel experience is preferred and high-volume F&B experience is required.

We are now hiring a barback!

We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets means you are many times the first or last greeting our guest receives in the day as you work alongside our talented bartenders! It’s a TEAM effort at our Concord establishments and so your role is just as vital to the guest experience as the bartender. Your friendly smile and cheerful customer service attitude sets the tone for our guests to enjoy what the day brings to them. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference.

Role Outline

Barbacks are responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food to guests (some locations), cleaning and restocking as dictated by assigned side work, assisting with the opening and closing the bar, and following all safety guidelines. Applicants must be dependable, able to stand for 8-10 hours, work at least 3 days per week, and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a high volume food & beverage establishment is required. Prior hotel experience is preferred.
