Starwood Hotels is seeking a Barback for Tala Beach in Miami Beach to support the bartender, stock, and keep the outdoor venue running smoothly.

This seasonal, outdoor Food & Beverage position requires reliability, a team mindset, and flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar/FOH operations preferred.
• Team player with reliable work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

• Basic knowledgeable of Food and Beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
