• Maintain adequate levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies.
• Restock the bar, refrigerators, storage areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Prepare and replenish garnishes, juices, mixers, and other beverage-related supplies as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized bar areas, including workstations, floors, coolers, and storage spaces.
• Collect and wash or properly organize glassware, dishes, and bar equipment.
• Assist bartenders with service by anticipating their needs and responding quickly to requests.
• Empty trash and recycling and maintain appropriate sanitation standards.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing beverage deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and securing the bar.
• Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
