Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barback or in a high-volume, luxury food & beverage environment preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during service by ensuring all bar stations are fully stocked and organized at all times
• Replenish liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and bar supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, back bar, storage rooms, and equipment
• Polish and restock glassware according to The Setai's presentation and cleanliness standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the bar
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and recyclables promptly and discreetly
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local regulations and Forbes standards
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management to support smooth operations
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking deliveries as needed
• Uphold The Setai's luxury service culture, professionalism, and grooming standards at all times
