Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Barback to support the bar team and ensure a smooth guest experience. You will help maintain par levels, restock, keep wells iced, and keep the bar area clean and organized. You will also perform daily side work and assist teammates as needed to uphold service standards.

The role requires reliability, strong organization, and adherence to policies, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a bustling bar environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in a fast-paced bar/restaurant.
• Ability to maintain bar stock, restock, and prep before service.
• Comfort with following policies and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service according to training expectations.
• Maintains shift par levels on bottles, beer, mixers, juices and garnishes.
• Keeps service wells stocked with ice and bar area clean.
• Completes daily and weekly side work consistently.
• Assists other staff and takes on additional tasks as assigned.
• Keeps management informed of problems or guest complaints.
• Follows company policies as outlined in the handbook.
• Addresses guests positively and promotes high-quality products.
