Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Barback to support bartenders in the Concessions environment, ensuring guests receive timely supplies and assistance during events. You will stock bar items daily, manage ice, and anticipate needs to keep service smooth.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, organized areas, starting on time, and adhering to safety and standards while delivering prompt, quality service at Yankee Stadium events. Prior experience in fast-paced venues is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all Yankee Stadium events, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods.
• Two to three years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.

• Responsible for stocking bar items daily and filling the ice bins as needed.
• Anticipate needs throughout the shift.
• Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized.
• Report timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time. Know your work area and set up as directed.
• Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all Yankee Stadium events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Must have two(2) to three(3) years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant

pay rate: $15 - $18 per hour

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
