Job summary

Key West La Concha, Autograph Collection in the heart of downtown Key West seeks a full-time restaurant service assistant. You will clean and reset tables, stock stations, set up coffee-to-go, assist servers, and help with general restaurant cleanliness and guest arrivals and departures.

Excellent communication and the ability to lift 10–25 pounds are required. This in-office role supports a fast-paced hotel dining team, with daily duties across busy service periods and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds as needed.
• Attention to detail in handling guest needs and station supplies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset used tables.
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies.
• Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby and keep it replenished.
• Assist servers in pre-bussing and delivery of food orders.
• Assist in general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
• Perform other duties related to guest arrival and departure.
