Qualifications

• Attention to detail in clearing and resetting tables.
• Clear communication with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Food Running: Deliver food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Beverage Service: Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors and organizing station supplies.
• Support Staff: Assist servers and bartenders by stocking essentials and cleaning glassware.
• Guest Assistance: Ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal.
• Preparation: Assist in polishing silverware, folding napkins, and preparing table settings.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to provide smooth service.
