Pins Mechanical Company & 16-Bit Bar+Arcade in Cincinnati is seeking a Barback to support bartenders, keep the bar clean and organized, and help deliver quick, memorable guest experiences in a lively, retro-style venue.

As part of Rise Brands, you’ll handle garnishes, stock, ice, beer kegs, and trash, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; you’ll work with urgency while staying detail‑oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain sense of urgency in a fast-paced bar.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bartenders in greeting guests as they approach the bar.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the entire space.
• Cut fruit, prepare garnishes and portion juices/mixers.
• Maintain stock of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages up to par levels.
• Manage and change out beer kegs.
• Take out trash and recycling, change out garbage liners.
• Refill ice wells and back stock of all bar items as needed.
