Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Barback in Austin, TX to support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and ensure clean, efficient service. You will help maintain inventory, uphold sanitation standards, and assist with side work while representing the brand with a professional appearance.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.

• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
