Job summary

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed.
• Anticipate needs throughout the shift.
• Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized.
• Report to work and be prepared to start at the starting time.
• Abide by the operating standards in the policy manual.
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided.
• Process products accurately and efficiently.
• Take orders professionally from guests.
