Job summary

Kalahari Resorts LLC is hiring a Barback to support a clean, organized bar and provide friendly, efficient service to guests. You will stock, clean, and prepare bar areas while collaborating with bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications include 1+ year in front-of-house service and any required alcohol safety certifications. The position is in a high-volume, guest-focused environment with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front-of-house service experience is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness and food handling certifications may be required by state/local law.
• Willingness to assist teammates and maintain bar area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar area and keep bar top and work areas neat and stocked.
• Perform side work and other duties as needed by management.
• Serve food at bar area following steps of service.
• Assist bartenders, servers and other staff as needed.
