Job summary

Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback in Winter Park, FL to support bartenders and keep bar areas clean and stocked. The ideal candidate is high energy, positive, and quick on their feet, with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, preparing garnishes, and assisting with snacks for bar patrons, while maintaining a friendly guest experience. Flexible schedule required, including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with working knowledge of common drink recipes and spirits.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

The Role:

A Barback is critical to the smooth operation of fast-paced bars; they assist Bartenders by keeping all bar areas clean, stocked, and offering support to ensure efficient and friendly service for guests. The ideal candidate is high energy, positive, fun, and quick on their feet.
