Sauced BBQ& Spirits in Sacramento, CA is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated bar back to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting. This part-time position requires the ability to clear the bar quickly, assist bartenders, and support kitchen and restaurant operations as needed.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with at least 1 year in food service preferred and strong communication skills. A food handler's card may be required by local/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year experience in food service/hospitality preferred.
• Customer service oriented and solution focused.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card may be required by local/state regulations.

• Cutting garnishes for bar use.

Responsibilities Include

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing the bar top and cocktail tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years old
