Job summary

Pins Mechanical Company is seeking a Barback to support the bar team in a lively arcade environment. You will help keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized to ensure quick service and a memorable guest experience.

You will assist with garnishes, stock management, beer keg upkeep, trash, ice, and back-stock duties, while working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Must lift up to 30 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Maintain stock of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages up to par levels at all times.
• Manage and change out beer kegs.
• Take out trash and recycling, change out garbage liners.
• Refill ice wells and back stock of all bar items as needed.

As a Barback, you're responsible for keeping the bar cleaned, stocked and organized to ensure guests receive quick and efficient service. You will support the bar team with a great sense of urgency. You make it easy for our Bartenders to go the extra mile and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
