Trivoli Tavern, part of Hogsalt, seeks a dedicated Full Time Barback to join our team in Chicago. You will support bar operations, help maintain a high standard of hospitality, and contribute to an organized, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Experience & Qualifications:
1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant; experience working in a bar is preferred.
Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and stooping.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties, including stocking wine/beer/liquor, ice, service wares, bar supplies, and any other items as outlined in the Hogsalt training program.
Work with bartenders and other FOH staff to ensure proper bar maintenance at all times, including wiping and resetting bartop between courses, providing prompt water service, removing unused service items, and packaging leftover food.
Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests, creating personal connections whenever possible.
Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
Observe all safety procedures, including following Hogsalt protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions.
Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed.
