Job summary

Topgolf is hiring for multiple hourly positions in a fast-paced, fun-loving team environment. As a Bar Back, you will support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and help deliver memorable experiences for Players and Playmakers.

We offer competitive hourly wages with tips where applicable, flexible day, night and weekend shifts for part-time and full-time seekers, and perks like free game play, discounted food and retail items, and weekly Playmaker meals.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal serving age and have required certifications in responsible beverage service.
• Experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the bartenders to keep energy high and drinks flowing.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; maintain a clean area.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other Playmakers to ensure seamless service.

What you will do in the role:

• Role and Interaction with Players: Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players!
• Key Aspect of the Role: Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils-and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat!
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences!
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: We provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant-because a great experience starts with a clean and safe environment!

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and Move Things: You'll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
• Active Tasks: From task to task, you'll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can-do attitude is essential!
• Endurance: Whether it's a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we're looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
