Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Taos, NM seeks a Bar Teammate to deliver friendly, efficient service in a high-energy outlet.

You’ll take orders, serve cocktails, run food, stock the bar, and support bar operations while upholding cleanliness and safety.

Requirements include prior F&B service, bar or counter experience, strong customer service, POS knowledge, and NM Food Handler/Alcohol Server certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have previous food and beverage service experience.
• Experience in bar or counter service in high-volume environments preferred.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve cocktails and support counter service.
• Run food, bus tables and maintain clean service areas.
• Support bar operations and responsible alcohol service.
• Stock, organize and maintain the bar and counter throughout service.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and support guest needs.

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage service experience required
• Experience in bar service, counter service or high-volume environments preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of POS systems and bar service operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service standards
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
