Beds & Bars is seeking a Bar Team Member to join its fast-paced, guest-focused operation across Europe. You will prepare and serve drinks, assist with food service, and help maintain a welcoming bar environment that delights guests.

In this role you’ll collaborate with kitchen and service teams, manage orders, maintain cleanliness, and support events and group functions while delivering high-quality hospitality in a lively setting.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation & Service: Mix and serve beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders and ensure a memorable experience.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized bar area and sanitize surfaces.
• Inventory Management: Restock bar supplies and glassware.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and balance the register.
• Compliance: Observe health & safety regs and responsible service.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen/service teams for smooth operations.
• Event Support: Set up and service for special events and private functions.
• Food Service: Ensure timely delivery of à la carte orders and buffet service.
