Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking team members to join our Marlin Bar program as part of a growing national presence. You will engage guests with a friendly, hospitality-driven service approach and support the development of a learning culture within the team.

The role emphasizes staffing strategy, budget awareness, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for career growth across our Island Life concept.

Qualifications

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required - frequently.
• Routine standing for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a professional team environment that promotes sales and service success.
• Assists in creating a learning and nurturing environment for all Marlin Bar Team Members that promotes sales and service success, and internal career growth.
• Assist the Marlin Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase qualified applicants, including but not limited to proactively recruiting.
• Thoughtfully hire, develop, and mentor the team
• Manage individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance.
• Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures.
