Job summary

TC Restaurant Group in Pittsburgh is seeking a Barback to assist in setting up, stocking inventory, and keeping bars, liquor rooms, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organized throughout the venue.

You will support bar team during opening and closing, maintain par levels, rotate stock, polish glassware, and deliver professional guest service in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 20 pounds and working varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States - 21+ years of age.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards, including ABC Server’s Permit.
• Knowledge of basic bar operations and liquor, beer, and wine brand names.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work will include indoor and/or outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and replenish bar inventory throughout shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar tops, glassware, and back bar.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and inventory checks.
• Rotate stock and report shortages or breakages.
• Provide professional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
