Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Minnesota seeks an experienced Beverage Supervisor to lead bartenders, wait staff and bar backs, directing daily objectives and performance evaluations.

You will ensure compliance with policies, assist in training, resolve guest incidents, and schedule staff while monitoring payroll. Must have high school diploma and at least 1 year supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience with high volume, full service restaurant with beverage venues
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Pay Rate: $25.00 an hour with an additional $2.00 an hour for swing and grave shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Required Knowledge and Certification:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1 year supervisory experience with high volume, full service restaurant with beverage venues

Preferred Knowledge and Certification:

• Previous casino experience
• Previous experience with computerized point of sale system
• Pervious bar experience
