Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in bar service or a related field preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established bar stock levels by transporting cases of beverages.
• Prepare written requisitions for stock maintenance.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the bar.
• Restock kegs and maintain supplies for the bar.
• Prepare drinks according to standard recipes.
• Operate cash registers and complete transactions.
