Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a bartender under the Beverage Management team. You will maintain bar supplies, ensure cleanliness, and deliver high-caliber service to guests in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include managing glassware, napkins, garnishes, and ice, performing setup duties, adhering to sanitation standards, and promoting positive relations with guests and staff. English communication with guests is essential, and safety practices apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• TIPs certification preferred.
• Sanitation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and equipment to ensure high quality service.
• Ensure ample glassware, napkins, straws, ice and garnishes during service.
• Complete all bar setup duties in a timely manner.
• Perform work assignments directed by bartender or beverage management.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures for bars and equipment.
• Follow food and beverage department regulations and procedures.
• Promote positive public/employee relations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
