You will drive positive sales growth, maintain a healthy, safe environment, recruit and develop staff, and control costs through labor and food efficiencies. A $1000 signing bonus is offered after 90 days, with benefits and opportunities for advancement. Fricker’s also offers a flexible 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual environment.
• Steady employment history with 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor focused on customer service.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
