Job summary

Feather Falls Casino is seeking a Bar Porter to join our Food & Beverage team on graveyard shifts. The role focuses on heavy duty and detail cleaning of bars, maintaining sanitation standards and professional appearance. Must be 21+, have a Class B Gaming License or ability to obtain, and pass background/drug screen.

• Keep counter tops, cupboards, floors and drains clean at all times.
• Clean glassware, bar rails, and beverage areas daily.
• Maintain professional appearance and report suspicious activity as required.
• Work nights and weekends as needed.

Position Purpose

Responsible for the heavy duty and detail cleaning of all bars.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep all counter tops and cupboards wiped clean at all times.
• Keep floors mopped and cleaned around stations; also mop floor in beer cooler.
• Keep all floor drains cleaned out daily.
• Change garbage bags in all stations; dump garbage and empty boxes often.
• Empty and clean all reach-in refrigerators behind bar.
• Clean glassware daily.
• Clean bar foot rails.
• Keep walls and surrounding area clean around the coffee/soda dispensers located throughout the Casino.
• Cleans glass windows and doors.
• Clean all Pepsi machines in stations.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Lounge Manager and/or F&B Director.

Education and/or Experience

Education Level – High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
