Job summary

Treasure Island in Las Vegas is seeking a bar porter to support daily operations, including setup, stocking, and delivery of liquor, glassware and ice. You will keep bar areas and coolers clean and perform routine deep cleans to uphold high standards of sanitation.

The role requires physical fitness, six months of bar porter experience, and certification through an electric pallet jack program. A professional appearance and adherence to policies are essential for success in this high-volume

Qualifications

• Must have six months of bar porter experience.
• High-volume hotel/restaurant experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper set-up, stocking, and delivery of liquor supplies, glassware and ice.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, coolers and equipment.
• Perform deep cleaning of bars.
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries.
• Adhere to departmental and company policies.
• Maintain pars of liquors, beers, and supplies in coolers and dry storage areas, order as needed.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, coolers and equipment
• Perform deep cleaning of bars
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers (liquors) and dry stock deliveries (napkins, towels and straws
• Adhere to departmental and company policies
• Maintain pars of liquors, beers, and supplies in coolers and dry storage areas, order as needed
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

Qualifications:

• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms necessary
• High-volume hotel / restaurant experience required.
• Possess physical strength and mobility
• Minimum six months of bar porter experience required.
• Must go through electric pallet jack certification program
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must
