Job summary

• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets with glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items.
• Maintain cleanliness in beverage areas, including tools, equipment, refrigerators, countertops, and floors.
• Complete paperwork for bar transfers and dry stock deliveries.
• Ensure pars of liquor, beer, and supplies are maintained in cooler and storage areas, ordering items as needed.
• Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas.
• Use proper freight elevators and delivery routes for transporting items to hotel areas and beverage outlets.
• Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, storage rooms, and warehouses.
• Notify management of non-stock items as necessary.
• Address guest complaints within scope of authority or elevate to management.
