Hei Hotels Inc. is seeking a Barback to assist the bartender at Bar Leonessa, The Stoneleigh, on-site in Dallas, TX. You will help with stocking, garnishing, ice, and maintaining bar cleanliness, while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service.

Qualifying candidates should have hotel or bar experience, strong guest communication, and the ability to lift up to 150 lbs. A flexible schedule and teamwork across the bar and service areas are required.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic mathematical skills to ensure proper delivery amounts and portion sizes.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use a knife, handle glassware/bottles, scoop ice, tap kegs, and stock items overhead.
• Ability to read and understand product labeling instructions for safe handling.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 150 lbs. and move goods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender in serving guests and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify stock against requisitions.
• Check items with bartender on delivery to bar for completeness.
• Prepare garnishes and pour juices according to projected business.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas.
• Scoop ice and replenish ice containers for service areas.
• Box and save empty liquor bottles for returns and requisitions.
• Transport taps, replace kegs, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

No**Overview**Assist Bartender in the serving of guests to ensure positive guest experience.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Retrieves orders from storeroom. Visually checks stock received against written requisition with storeroom personnel, to ensure order is accurate. Upon delivery to the bar, re-checks items with bartender for completeness.* Cuts, slices and peels perishable garnishes and fruits, mixes and pours juices in sufficient amounts according to projected business.
