Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group seeks a motivated Stock Clerk to ensure our bar stays well-stocked with beverages, supplies, and equipment. You will help maintain inventory, rotate stock, and support bartenders during peak hours in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong organization and the ability to lift heavy items. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected, with opportunities for growth through our training program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Able to obtain Gaming License (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous stock clerk or similar role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory, including beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar essentials.
• Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist bartenders and servers in retrieving and restocking items during service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas (coolers, shelves, stockrooms).
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low or needs replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and assist in stock audits.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
