Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with emphasis on applicable skills such as organization, communication, and hospitality.
• 12–18 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and mixes alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages as specified by the Bartender's Drink Mixing Guide; assists with liquor inventory and daily usage sheets.
• Maintains personal hygiene, cleanliness, and uniforms; provides courteous service to residents and guests.
• Attends in‑service training and educational seminars as assigned; adheres to community policies and procedures.
• Sets tables and maintains workstations according to policy; ensures smooth service without interfering with residents.
• Communicates menu items, specials, and requests to teammates; completes side work and cleans the bar area as instructed.
