Responsibilities

Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, glassware and ice.
Maintains stock and prepares garnishes and juices to ensure product quality.
Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
Takes and processes orders; mixes and garnishes drinks using standard recipes.
Checks guests for proper identification.
Receives cash, makes change and records charges.
Keeps area clean and organized; secures cash drops.
Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display.
