Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Bar Back for The Mill at Mammoth Mountain to support bar operations during events and guest service shifts.

You will assist with setting up and serving food and beverages, maintain the serving area, and ensure guests’ needs are met with a friendly demeanor. This role supports a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment with team collaboration.

• Ability to push and lift up to 25 pounds.
