As a Bar Back, you will stock ice, wells, and glassware; assist bartenders and servers; manage trash and keg rotation; and help maintain a clean, safe floor. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in the Bar/Restaurant industry.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Positive, resilient attitude with a 'never quit' mindset.
• Ability to walk, stand, and handle heavy items in a fast-paced setting.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers.
• Support cocktail servers by clearing tables.
• Assist in trash and recycling disposal as required.
• Communicate issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Aid in managing unruly patrons when necessary.
• Rotate kegs as needed.
• Contribute to bussing, cleaning, and stocking glassware.

What can you expect in as a Bar Back at Cigars International?

• Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for the bartenders.
