Job summary

Topgolf is hiring for a Bar Back to support bartenders and ensure a fun, efficient experience for Players and Playmakers. You will help maintain a stocked bar, keep the area clean, and assist with service during busy shifts.

We seek individuals with a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset. Hospitality or entertainment experience is a bonus, with a flexible schedule including day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and energetic demeanor to engage with Players and Team Members.
• Team mentality and collaboration to support bartenders and service staff.
• Customer-focused approach ensuring a great Player experience.
• Ability to stay calm and productive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware and utensils.
• Support teammates to keep drink service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards at all times.
