Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a bar support team member at Levy venues. You will receive liquor, beer and wine from storeroom and replenish as needed, deliver beverages and garnishes to the bar, and assist bartenders during shifts.

Responsibilities include setup, snack service, and maintaining cleanliness in bar and lounge areas, plus helping with opening/closing duties and restocking throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily.
• Replenishes liquor/beer/wine during shift.
• Delivers beverages and garnishes to bar area.
• Sets up bottles with top-shelf liquor on back shelf.
• Keeps bar snacks stocked and supplies ready.
• Assists in opening/closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
• Prepares and serves beverages to assist bartender.

• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas.
• Ensures rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.

• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
