Job summary

Compass Group USA - Flik is hiring a Bar Back for a full-time role at the AXP Lounge in Salt Lake City, UT. The position requires at least 2 years of experience in bar/food service and offers a hourly pay range of $19.00 to $22.00.

Open availability and a flexible schedule are preferred, with comprehensive benefits available for eligible associates. As a Bar Back, you will receive liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily, replenish bar supplies, set up bottles on the bar, and assist bartenders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bar/food service or related role.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receives liquor, beer and wine from storeroom and replenishes bar items as needed.
• Sets up bar with liquor on back shelf and places bar snacks on counter.
• Assists in opening/closing side work and buses tables in the bar area.
