Job summary

Levy Restaurants, a Compass Group company, is seeking a bartender/replenisher for our bar operations at venues in the Pittsburgh area. You will be responsible for replenishing liquor, beer and wine throughout shifts, supporting the bartender, and ensuring clean, organized bar areas to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are reliable team players who can lift, stand for long periods, and work in fast-paced environments while providing friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
